HostICan was fine for the first two weeks; after that, I started getting plagued by errors saying I was overusing the server's resources. The support staff told me to access my CPU logs, but these confirmed that I had not in fact broken the limits stated in their policy. When I pointed this out, they started ignoring me.

Fortunately I was still within my 30-day refund term. After trying to resolve this issue for 2 more frustrating weeks and failing, I got my refund and left. I am now at a different host where I am experiencing no resource problems whatsoever.

To all those considering using this company, I suggest caution.

Thanks for this review, although it's a bit short, but it does the trick. Didn't know they could actually transfer all your files and databases from your old host though.
